My parents attend this practice and honestly this past visit was a breath of fresh air. The front desk was inviting at both check in and check out. We waited a little while but it was handled professionally (they were packed) and when we got to the room our doctor made sure we were not rushed. She took the time to let each of my parents address their concerns and actually listen.

Went to my first visit today and was welcomed and treated like royalty. I was treated by Diana and her staff and I felt very comfortable. Diana explained everything to me in detail and examined me very professionally. I was treated and biopsies were taken and I never really felt any pain. I was completely satisfied with my visit and will definitely be back in the future.

Other than Dr. Osteen being a very friendly and kind doctor, I would not recommend this office. It is nearly impossible to get someone on the phone at the Anderson 81 location. The front desk staff are rude, and if you need to speak with someone about a billing issue, good luck. You’re told they’ll “look into it” or a manager will call but you never receive a follow-up unless you physically go to the office yourself. This review is specific to the Abbeville SC Office. I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early at 9:25. The receptionist was very nice and cleared me in after a few minutes of administrative forms and looking at my Medicare Card to see if I was still eligible for coverage (I'm 78 years old). The time for my 9:40 appointment came and went. After 30 more minutes of waiting I enquired if there was some problem. Incredibly rude front desk staff. They treat you like cattle being moved around and didn’t even make eye contact. Instead of being given a gown a male PA just lifted my shirt up and then when he was done examining me (which took less than 2 min) he just left the door wide open while my shirt was up. They have way too many patients on their books so most people won’t actually see a doctor but a PA rather. This place is a perfect example of what’s wrong with our healthcare.
