This review is specific to the Abbeville SC Office. I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early at 9:25. The receptionist was very nice and cleared me in after a few minutes of administrative forms and looking at my Medicare Card to see if I was still eligible for coverage (I'm 78 years old). The time for my 9:40 appointment came and went. After 30 more minutes of waiting I enquired if there was some problem. Incredibly rude front desk staff. They treat you like cattle being moved around and didn’t even make eye contact. Instead of being given a gown a male PA just lifted my shirt up and then when he was done examining me (which took less than 2 min) he just left the door wide open while my shirt was up. They have way too many patients on their books so most people won’t actually see a doctor but a PA rather. This place is a perfect example of what’s wrong with our healthcare. I'm a new patient. I was told that my biopsy results would be available in two weeks. Ok two weeks have gone by. I can't get into the patient portal because it doesn't recognize my information. I attempt to call and only receive a robotic menu that doesn't provide a choice for my needs . So i select the appointments option. A recording comes on telling me their office days and hours. Drs are very good and appreciate the care. But I am on a medication that cannot just stop taking. I have been trying for 2 weeks to get this prescription refilled. Today the insurance informed me that my prescription was transferred to another pharmacy and needed a new prescription written. I called the office at 4:50 to talk to someone about the issues I am having and try to get a sample of the medication. My call went to the answering service and the office does not close until 5:00pm. I see others are having problems with... read more

I’ve never had any trouble. They took . Plenty of great things to say for days for when I want to come in and get a refill. They are fabulously wonderful.
