I'm a new patient. I was told that my biopsy results would be available in two weeks. Ok two weeks have gone by. I can't get into the patient portal because it doesn't recognize my information. I attempt to call and only receive a robotic menu that doesn't provide a choice for my needs . So i select the appointments option. A recording comes on telling me their office days and hours. Drs are very good and appreciate the care. But I am on a medication that cannot just stop taking. I have been trying for 2 weeks to get this prescription refilled. Today the insurance informed me that my prescription was transferred to another pharmacy and needed a new prescription written. I called the office at 4:50 to talk to someone about the issues I am having and try to get a sample of the medication. My daughter was seen a couple weeks ago and she had to get blood work done. They told me they would reach out within 24 hours being the lab they use automatically uploads the results and they can access them quicker. This was done for her medication she has been on for a while. Now here we are weeks later and no call and no medication. I am an RN relocated from Atlanta. My husband was referred when we moved. The physician rushes, does not perform a thorough evaluation as he was use to and did not seem to review the history. He would ask the same questions as if they were new. I definitely would not recommend this group unless you want misdiagnosis.

I have been coming to this office for years and more specifically I've been a patient at their different locations for over Fifty years. The Doctors here and the Nurse practitioners are Five Star Plus. The issue is the rudeness of their front staff.....no people skills...I guess all of the great staff they had over the years have retired. My most recent visit I overheard several other people complaining about this issue as well.
