From inspecting the roof of our first home during the option period to working on our most recent home, they have always been courteous and professional. The roof installation by this contractor was rushed and sloppy. They seemed more focused on finishing the job quickly than on doing it correctly. Several shingles were improperly aligned, some nails were left sticking out, and the sealing around vents and chimneys was inadequate. I am concerned about leaks and long-term damage because of the careless work. Attempts to get the contractor to make corrections were met with excuses and delays. Overall, this company does not value quality, safety, or customer satisfaction.
Hiring this roofing contractor was one of my worst decisions. The job was left incomplete multiple times, forcing me to deal with an exposed roof and potential water damage during a rainstorm. In addition, the crew damaged my gutters, siding, and driveway while moving heavy materials, and no one took responsibility.
