Had a roof installed about 7-8 years ago. Big mistake going with Anderson Roofing out of Pelham NH. The owner Dave told me the roof would last 25 years. They used cheap shingles and I have Leaks everywhere. To top that off, the flashing on the chimney is bubbling and pulling away from the chimney. Undoubtedly, water is getting down there. I also purchased two skylights and had them installed by Anderson Roofing. Needless to say, they were installed incorrectly, with no flashing and both are leaking.
