Recently, my Brother-in Law passed away unexpectedly. His wife was understandably overwhelmed with various different things. They were in the process of getting their house ready to sell but knew the roof needed some attention. Hurricane Beryl made a small damage to our roof and we only noticed it after we saw stains in our ceiling. We have used a different roofing company for another leak we had before, so it made sense to use their services again. The guy came and looked at our roof and said he'd send an estimate by the end of the day (this was in the morning). To this day, we never heard back from them.
