Excellent Service – Starting with the office staff, proposal rep and painting crew, we received very professional service from Anderson Remodeling. Their rep came to the house; listened to what we wanted; gave suggestions; prepared a very detailed bid; the crew showed up on time and did the work as agreed. It was a wonderful experience and we will recommend them to our friends!
Neat and clean! – We accepted the proposal given to us, which by the way proved very accurate, and on Thursday, October 21, Mr. Hamdan, Sammy, and Angel showed up to begin work. The job was finished yesterday and we are very happy with the result. We applaud the neatness and care of details exhibited on all aspects of the work. excellent work – I am in my 70’s and last week was the first time in my life I ever hired someone to help me out with repairs to my home. The crews arrived at 8:00am and worked steadily till 5 every day. finshed job despite bad weather! – Just a word of praise for the two men working here representing your company. Three days of very adverse conditions. Roof work, temperatures in the 90’s, heavy material up and down the ladders, rain, and a complete clean up when the work was completed. I do not have tell you that good workers are very hard to find.
By far the best contractor I've used... – Melissa and Anderson remodeling did a truly wonderful job on our paint and shutter project. The guys were very conscientious and courteous. They cleaned things up each evening, worked hard and finished quickly. –Roger S.
Response to MemberName89 – Robert Anderson, owner of Anderson Remodeling, attempted to contact Mr. and Mrs. Van D y k e over the phone to discuss their concerns, but they would not take his calls. The Van D y k e s were NOT overcharged. All prices are given on a “per job” basis, not per man hour and Mr. Van D y k e signed a contract, agreeing to our price, before we began work. used to be good service, but not anymore – Anderson used to do professional carpentry/repairwork, but the key word is "used to." The estimator completely overestimated the hours and workers necessary to complete my job but still expected full payment. She did not bother itemizing the cost of individual repairs in the beginning. After work was completed a laborer instead of a supervisor, tried to do a walk thru with me, and he shrugged off my concerns regarding an obvious "patchwork" ceiling job.
