Went in to buy a heave duty pool ladder for our swimming pool last year. our request was that it would hold over a 200 person , the ladder was in a box ,we unwrapped it and put it together. It was a horrible ladder, wasn't even sturdy, we called and told them we we not happy that a $300 ladder was flimsy. We asked to bring it back but they refused saying if it was out of the box and put together it was nonrefundable. Very disappointed and now we're out $300 for a piece of trash ladder
We stopped in the get some information and chemicals to close our pool. We've only had it for 1 year and needed a little guidance. The woman that helped us (if you can call it that) was useless. Very cold and offered zero advice. I asked her what chemicals I needed to close the pool and she just literally pointed to a shelf and said one of each. There was many to choose from.
