Waited 3 months and got the wrong shaped orthotic. They were spot on 4years ago..what happened?
I needed new orthotics for feet, referred here by Doc. I have been once before fitted for orthotics before this place. It was done once and the orthotics fit perfect. Layed on my stomach while she streched my foot to floor and took pics of feet and a month later l was in for the fitting and low and behold they were miss aligned by as much as ½ inch, into my heel, off center for my arch. Made the 3 hour round trip back to be refitted, this time she made a plaster cast of my foot, again stretching my foot towards the floor. Ag... read more

Horrible customer service purchased a brace for our son we have blue cross and another form of insurance but was not allowed to claim through the higher paying insurance We paid $1500 for a $2600 brace after 4 months we are still waiting for them to put in a claim so we can get the $1500 from secondary insurance. What kind of medical business doesn’t know how to make a claim to the most popular insurance company in the province? I hope we never have to need a multi ligament brace but if we do we will look elsewhere.
