Custom inserts were wrong.Still in pain two years latter.Went to a podiatrist removed inserts three months latter pain free.They completely misdiagnosed my foot problem,see a doctor .Refuse to give me a refund for causing pain for two years because they made sold wrong inserts for my feet.
