We love Jennifer! She was so patient and kind to my son who has autism. I recommend anyone who has a child with special needs. I appreciated the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Definitely a 5 stars for Anderson Orthodontics!
Dr. Anderson and his staff are wonderful! My daughter had her braces started in another state. When we moved to Richmond, Dr.Anderson did an initial meeting with us and I was impressed with the time he took to explain what his plan of treatment would be for my daughter. He and his staff were always informative, keeping me aware of my daughter’s progress. Her teeth are looking great. My daughter said that every assistant who worked with her was so nice. The office staff was friendly, too.
Always felt welcomed every time I went in. The staff are SUPER COOL and Friendly. Dr. Chip is the best! I already recommended someone and I will definitely keep recommending more.

This Dr is awesome. I have nothing negative to say. My son had braces put on and the treatment he received was excellent from start to finish. Dr. Anderson and his staff were able to answer and anticipate all our questions and concerns about everything. Him and his staff made this an easy and enjoyable experience.
Dr. Chip Anderson is awesome!!! He made the experience for my daughter "who is afraid of the dentist" easy and smooth when she got her braces on. He explained everything to her and at the end gave her a goodie bag to keep up with her further care of her braces. He answered all of my questions. I want to thank hom for making my daughter and i comfortable with the process. Excellent orthodontist!!!
We are so pleased with Dr. Anderson. The consult process was friendly and thorough. The treatment plan he offered was affordable (we compared vs another practice in the area). Scheduling appoints has been easy and his staff is super friendly. We absolutely would recommend Dr. Anderson's practice for anyone looking for an orthodontist.
