Doc Shanna and staff are fantastic to work with. As a new patient to hearing aids Doc Shanna was very instructive and quick to answer all my questions and concerns. She provided advice and guidance about my devices. Her office staff is very supportive of patient needs and works well with patients for scheduling and other issues. I highly doubt there is a better Audiologist or staff in Anderson and most probably all of the upstate! Nothing but good things to say about Dr Shanna! Pleasant, very patient and informative. Glad I went to her for my hearing aids. Really made a difference in my world of hearing. She offers service after the sale too!!!
Dr. Schmutte is amazing! Easily one of the most calm experiences I’ve had at a clinic. The process was very simple and she explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand. So far I don’t need any follow up, but I’ll be recommending anyone in my family who does need ear care to come here !
