My daughter's hearing aid tube broke over the weekend. We told the story to Angela (wonderful person), she took both aids right away and changed both tubes straight away. My daughter is now back to hearing well. Thank you, Angela and Anderson-Oconee Speech & Hearing Service.
Doc Shanna and staff are fantastic to work with. As a new patient to hearing aids Doc Shanna was very instructive and quick to answer all my questions and concerns. She provided advice and guidance about my devices. Her office staff is very supportive of patient needs and works well with patients for scheduling and other issues. I highly doubt there is a better Audiologist or staff in Anderson and most probably all of the upstate!
