Doc Shanna and staff are fantastic to work with. As a new patient to hearing aids Doc Shanna was very instructive and quick to answer all my questions and concerns. She provided advice and guidance about my devices. Her office staff is very supportive of patient needs and works well with patients for scheduling and other issues. I highly doubt there is a better Audiologist or staff in Anderson and most probably all of the upstate!
