I cancelled my insurance policy and they never processed the request. When I finally realized they never cancelled my request I called them back. It took me 2 more calls for someone to call me back, in which they stated they never rcvd my request to cancel my policy. They claimed it's now cancelled months after my original request which in turned reduced the amount of my refund.
