We hired these guys to move us this morning at 9am. They confirmed the time by text the night before at 9:30pm. At 9am they had not appeared. I texted asking for an update at 9:10, and was told they were en route. All subsequent calls and texts were ignored. People rearrange their whole lives to move and this was deeply frustrating.
They did a great job. Our move date changed due to delay in closing. They worked with us and started our move after 5pm, after the crew already did a move that day! They were very careful with our furniture and home. They worked hard. Not sure why other review cared about smoke breaks so much. They went non-stop except for a small break or 2 and when I brought them dinner. Crystal is the owner and was very helpful and onsite the entire move. The crew was friendly and hard working.
