First off I would like to say my experience there SHOULD have been a nightmare. So I came in for the first time to get my front end fixed. The service was excellent they worked with me to get my truck back on the road by Friday so I didn't have an issue to get to my next job. The following Monday the entire odd side of my cylinders fail. I limp the truck back to anderson motors and Breeannee gets my truck in almost immediately. Pathetic experience from the customer experience point of view (this is only my experience) The team at the service desk specially a lady I think named Brian (I am not sure though) was so rude when I went for my out of province vehicle inspection. Despite not informing me of the whole charges I will be billed for the work, they cancelled my appointment just 2:30hrs prior.
