Got a vulcan s back in September. Ordered rear seat and was assured by staff it would be in soon. Seat didnt show up till November. Staff gave continued excuses they were new on job. At first service found they forgot to put bolts on instrument panel. I have service receipt proving it. Glad kawasaki makes good product but dealer was completely incompetent.
Took my bike in a month ago got it back today my back tire had been spun till it made grooves in it from pavement they said they didn't do it but I know I didn't just tellin people for there good maybe think twice before u leave ur baby with someone u don't know
