Terrible communication, and Terrible repair work,they don't even backup their repairs
While we were camping, we had to call a mobile mechanic out to help with an issue on our RV. Anderson RV happened to be at the same campground on day one and saw the mechanic working. On day two, they saw my husband and asked how everything was going and if we were ok. When my husband mentioned we had to call the mechanic back out again for a new issue, they asked what rate we were paying. They said, “Let us take a look.” and told him who they were. I’ve been using Johnney for over a year now, he is great at what he does and is very knowledgeable. I had an issue on July 4th and I called him, he was out of town but didn’t hesitate to answer. He walked me thru replacing the issue that came up which took a couple hours out of his vacation just to help me get up and running again. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!
Best RV repair experience I’ve ever had. Johnney replaced a faulty water pump & faucet, fixed interior electrical issues, and squared a door in half a day at the campground - dealerships would’ve taken months and nowhere near the same quality and professionalism as Johnney. Highly recommend him to anyone.
