Terrible! Did not fix our problem and then refused to answer my husbands phone calls. He kept trying and finally realized he actually blocked him!!! And of course he got paid!!! To further add, your phone number below is in my husbands phone and he left numerous messages after you didn’t fix the problem, yet got paid. It was more than 3 months ago fyi. So makes it even worse than you didn’t call him back or come back to fix what you were paid for.
In a business where the service provider deals with a lot of transient people, you would think that being honest, ethical and thorough wouldn’t be the highest priority, this guy Johnny and his son Dillon, are the definition of honest, ethical and thorough. Most repair guys just want to make a quick buck and move on to the next job. Let me explain, I had 2 major issues. First my refrigerator Dometic RM2652 died.
