Just got broken into we lost all of our books and collectibles along with irreplaceable photos of family. And where basically told tough luck

Our storage unit got broken into twice. I lost all of my childrens pictures, everything I inherated from my grandmother, and my last birthday present from my father, plus 20 years of homemade christmas decorations. I can not even file a case with their insurance! We are not even the only 1 that got hit. Plus the owner knew that somebody had stolen the same bolt cutters he himaelf used on locks at the units and did not even bother to keep an extra eye on them. We paid over $200 to lose everything!
