My mother in law was there for a week. They didnt change her sheets for eleven days. They are not sanitary at all. The nurses are extremely rude. And they didnt even give her her meds. Like many reviews say i wouldnt put your family in here unless you want people to neglect them. This place is a joke! I will be calling the health department on this facility. Its dirty and nasty. The nurses there are a joke.
HORRIBLE!!!! My dad was there and he was transferred to Cobb Hospital and we were never notified!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He was there less than 24hrs and they had NO supplies for him.
If resident is coherent & knows what's going on, they get a little better treatment; however, if they are not cognitive of their, they are neglected. My mother constantly had feces under her nails and screamed in pain when they "bathed her". I lived out of state but when i came to see her, I threw a fit. This is a horrible place. Angela C
Do not send your relatives there unless you want them to die, they never have enough help, and if the patient can't speak up, they will get nothing done for them. The worse care ever!!!!
Horrible!!! My dad came here after having liver failure and was completely neglected.. He was screaming in pain for a week and my mom, uncle, and grandmother asked the nurses on four separate occasions to check his catheter and instead of replacing the catheter they just took a look and never did anything about it. During a visit to the doctor he was sent to the ER due to a bad infection from a catheter that was not put in right.
