Won't be coming back and in the process of finding another PCP. Had been seeing Kristy Loftis and I don't believe she's listening very thoroughly to my symptoms, especially with my anxiety and depression. Told her multiple times that I don't do medication since I believe it's demonic and told her I'm looking to be registered for an ESA since I do better with animals. Sally Baird is very professional and thorough and cares about each patient as an individual. The staff is great too.

I have been a patient of this practice over 25 years. The physician I see recently left the practice. I can't get an appointment with another physician in the practice for 3 months and have been told if I need to see a doctor between now and then I would need to go to urgent care.

OK, not much of care or very "understanding" staff, but today Easter Sunday was not regular staff I was told. THEY should be told a patient in care rooms can hear EVERYTHING they are saying at nurses station. Even with door shut. Heard "WAY TOO MUCH" and not about me.
