Sally Baird is very professional and thorough and cares about each patient as an individual. The staff is great too.
I have been a patient of this practice over 25 years. The physician I see recently left the practice. I can't get an appointment with another physician in the practice for 3 months and have been told if I need to see a doctor between now and then I would need to go to urgent care.
OK, not much of care or very "understanding" staff, but today Easter Sunday was not regular staff I was told. THEY should be told a patient in care rooms can hear EVERYTHING they are saying at nurses station. Even with door shut. Heard "WAY TOO MUCH" and not about me.
I had a very great experience at the urgent care, they answered all of my questions and concerns very thoughtfully and respectfully. There was a little bit of a wait, maybe around 30 minutes to an hour but it was noon on a friday so that is obviously expected. If you are in the Hudson or Lenoir area, I would recommend stopping by if you're in need of medical assistance or advice!
