Jeff was amazing! He was super quick getting here and figuring out the issue with my furnace. He made sure to explain everything that he was doing and why. He showed me all of the steps and the before and after when things were being cleaned. I would recommend him to anyone and will definitely be calling Anderson Heating and Cooling the next time I have an issue!

Thanks to Jesse and Anderson Mechanical, the family is sleeping cozy tonight. Hes cost effective, intuitive and friendly- i wouldnt use anyone else.

Waking up to a frosty home in February isn't any fun... Especially on a Saturday morning. Thankfully, I'm a pretty good technician myself, so it only took a few minutes to find the problem... The igniter in my gas forced air central system had failed. This is NOT the sort of part that you are going to find at the hardware store. Great, fast, and friendly service. Called him at 230 PM due to our AC going out. He was able to come by our house that evening and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. His prices were reasonable and warranties his parts and work for a year. Would recommend.
