As a current resident living in a Schottenstein Home I am truly disappointed. My husband and I built our brand new house in 2014, it was completed by November 2014. As time went on and more homes were being built the theft in the community began to rise. Not only was the theft happening to unoccupied homes (stealing tools, cooper, and home appliances) it was happening to the current residence as well.
