These people are angels! They have provided excellent service to me when I have needed it most. I am VERY happy with all their services, which are mostly all in-house, and it is a comfortable setting. I even drive a long distance to continue going to them.
Terrible customer service. Tried to make an appointment, called multiple times left messages no one has ever called me back. After over one week of trying to contact them someone finally answered my phone call but when I tried to explain what my health problem was and what I need, person that answered my phone call got clearly annoyed within seconds , , said " ok bye" and hung up on me mid sentence. Great way to treat patients
They screwed up our credit history, having complete covering of insurance and they were not able to send the claim to my insurance and sent the balance to collection agency after calling couple of times. I would never ever go visit this facility.
Bad experience. There is a two hour wait to see the doctors and my visit was not billed and coded correctly according to my insurance company. I was charged over $500. The billing office is rude, mean and abusive. Do yourself a favor and find another doctor.
