Andrrson doors are absolute garbage. I’ve had to have 2 due to the builder choosing. The lock pin ALWAYS falls out and it requires taking the entire door apart to fix. The knob gets loose and has fallen off. The latch stuck and I had to ask the builder to come and fix. One door in my condo and the other in my home. I’m thinking about just switching it out and buying a Pella.
Anderson Lock is just one of those companies you can always count on. My Retail Jewelry Store had a broken hinge at 3pm, and I was able to schedule a tech to install the replacement the next day. On Time as ever, he met me before work hours and did a killer install in a very short time. I paid the reasonable invoice before I really checked his work.
