Beware, Matthew Anderson doesn't pay his process servers. He contracted me to serve process for Gwinnett County Superior Court case 24-A-07455-3. He agreed upfront to pay $1,065.- for 4 services, praised the good work afterwards, and went silent since September 2024. In the meantime, (April 2026) I have been contacted by former clients of Anderson Law who are still waiting on payments due to them from Matthew Anderson / Anderson Law. I can help navigate public records to locate him.
Came out of the gate strong.. my case has been going on for 6 years as of March .. he has had settlement money since January 2024.. no contract.. no reply to text no reply to emails or calls… fell off the planet… no one.. doctors, therapist, nor myself has been paid. As soon as this money was transferred things needed to happen and they did not. He recieved my husband $100,000 check the week of January 13th 2025, at his Louisville, Kentucky address. Said he would have my husband check to him January 24, 2025. Today is February 5th 2025 he still hasn't received his settlement check nor has he paid the bills out of it as of February 3rd 2025. WILL NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS OR MESSAGES since receiving check! Matt answered all my calls and questions at first Everytime I called Matt answered ,then he got to be hard to get in touch with , .then he just quit answering the phone ,texts and all,and once the settlement check was on the he way he changed into a different Matt Anderson ,everything he told me before my surgery's was a lie l( I'll make sure the insurance pays the dr bills etc etc.i was suppose to have gotten 66,000 for getting hit in my assend.then it all changed with the 100,000.00checl I as on the way ,I had to pay the d... read more
Matt handled a car accident/personal injury case for me in 2022. During his repersentation he was very difficult to get in touch with and slow to respond. I came to assume that my case was not very important to him or his firm and thus I was on the backburner. It has been two years since my case was closed and I am still recieving bills from the medical expenses that Matt failed to settle during my claim despite assurances from him that everything was taken care of.
