We built our house in 1990 and Anderson Landscape Construction prepared landscape design plans, installed approximately 70 plantings and trees, a brick walkway and the front & rear lawns. The work was exceptional and when we moved to a new home in 2021 we had them remove the existing front & rear lawns (which was really scrub grass and dirt), and install a new lawn. We hired Fred to update our lake front backyard. Just getting heavy equipment in and out of the yard meant converting an exterior staircase in the alley along side our house into an earthen ramp. Starting the project in February meant it would be done for summer but also meant working in cold and snow and dealing with frozen ground. Every structure and system in the yard – from the waterfront retaining wall to the french drains by the house – was removed and rebuilt.
