I called in to make an inquiry to understand if they could help with a family issue. After a couple of missed calls to this firm, I was able to directly connect with Steve Anderson, we connected for a brief call to discuss high level the issue. A few days later I received an invoice that had 2 line items I was being billed for that showed 2 calls with 2 different Attorneys.
