Poor office management and waste of money spent on worthless jobs I called several times to order a part for my father's farm equipment and wasput on h old for several minutes (thank gosh for speaker phones). Poor customer service We needed to find a replacement key for our Honda lawn mower so we called the Anderson Industrial Engines Company on June 3rd in the afternoon. I called 3 times kept getting a recorded message. Even ask Dawn, a gal who answers the phone that I was trying to find out if they sell replacement keys. The service dept. was busy with customers so I waited and called the next morning.
