The facility looks old inside. It smells of mold. The chair and bed are hard and completely uncomfortable. The experience was like torture.
The lady was nice, but the facility is nasty. The place smelled moldy. The furniture and chair were hard and extremely uncomfortable. I was told to be there at 8:00pm, but nothing happened until 10:00. The TV didn't work, I wasn't allowed to walk around in the hall, the gentleman in the room next to me had his TV so loud that by the time I was all set up there was no sleeping due to the noise level. The staff there was amazing very helpful and explained everything very well. I'm giving 2 stars because I've called a few times already and so has my doctor's office to get my results that I need before an upcoming appointment and when I call I'm told that the doctor hasn't looked at it but when my doctors office called they uploaded the wrong patients stuff to my file and my doctor's office was told they just needed to swap paperwork. It's been almost a month since getting my sleep study done
The technician was a wonderful woman. She explained everything, made me feel at home, was cheerful and efficient. My study was originally rescheduled because they had staffing issues on the original date. If the tech last night was stressed due to understaffing, she hid it extremely well. I wish this old brain could remember her name.
My night there was great! Meghann made me feel at home and she was extremely friendly and helped me when I needed help! She made sure I understood what she was doing every step of the way! I wanted to be woke up at 430 for work and that's what she did and I got showered and out the door by 5. And was at work on time! Thank you Meghann! I would recommend sleep center to anyone!
