The cheated me of my money! They supposed to return and refund me back my down-payment and kept telling me the account department will send me my check. They did not do that. They blocked my cllas and my emails. This is a crime. Someone name Marxo definitely pocketed my money
It is not worth living here they charge for everything trash and parking included. There is no guest parking, they don’t even pick up the trash all the time and if you don’t pay the stupid trash fee you’ll get a late fee. You have to pay for each parking spot and there’s a mold issue in all the buildings. There is no park for the kids but there is a dog park. The apartments themselves are so nice and the office staff is so helpful! They’ve really made the transition to the apartment life so easy!
