Not a bad place to live moving in was a little rough didn't know we were moving to a upstairs unit, and besides the bad apple behind us it's a affordable place in lakewood close to the freeway and shopping
My move-in process was stress free. I was able to move in on the desired date to a clean and quiet apartment. The staff, Cassidy and Shaelissa, have been amazing because of their great communication and management of the apartment complex. I like how everything we need to use is digital. It’s easy to pay rent and access the laundry room. As a newly single woman, I feel safe living here. I especially appreciate the assigned parking spaces. Overall, my experience has been great and I recommend this apartment complex 10/10!
I highly DO NOT recommend anyone to move here. This place is garbage the entire complex is garbage. The maintenance here is very slack. They also have a rodent infestation. I lived here for 2 almost 3 years and had a racoon living in my roof/attic. The security of this complex is also slack. The building has cracks in it. The entire complex needs to be torn down and rebuilt from the ground up. The windows are outdated. Don’t believe anything you see on there website with the photos of the interior of the complex. Just completed my tour with Cassidy and she was awesome! Everything flowed seamlessly, from the moment I arrived to time we said goodbye. Once we got to the unit, Cassidy gave me free reign of the apartment and even encouraged me to take pictures and videos. She kept to herself until I was ready to ask her questions. I pointed out a couple of concerns and Cassidy was not only receptive, but also thanked me for bringing them to her attention. Everything was super professional, low pressure and relaxed.
