Not a bad place to live moving in was a little rough didn't know we were moving to a upstairs unit, and besides the bad apple behind us it's a affordable place in lakewood close to the freeway and shopping, make sure you view the units in person we made the mistake our moving in from out of state and really regret it now. The classic 2 bedroom 1 bath is not great due to the electricity issues these units come with very outdated, as for parking 60 extra for a second spot is very high even though we we're told it was 40, over ... read more

My move-in process was stress free. I was able to move in on the desired date to a clean and quiet apartment. The staff, Cassidy and Shaelissa, have been amazing because of their great communication and management of the apartment complex. I like how everything we need to use is digital. It’s easy to pay rent and access the laundry room. As a newly single woman, I feel safe living here. I especially appreciate the assigned parking spaces. Overall, my experience has been great and I recommend this apartment complex 10/10!
