It is not worth living here they charge for everything trash and parking included. There is no guest parking, they don’t even pick up the trash all the time and if you don’t pay the stupid trash fee you’ll get a late fee. You have to pay for each parking spot and there’s a mold issue in all the buildings. There is no park for the kids but there is a dog park. The apartments themselves are so nice and the office staff is so helpful! They’ve really made the transition to the apartment life so easy!
I love this apartment I’ve been living there for the past 3 years everyone in management is so awesome, they are very courteous and professional toward you they get things done in timely manner. Rent have increased I wasn’t too thrilled about it but Charlie was very nice and patient by explaining to me why this happened and I understood. I would rather not have the rent increase but I understand.
