While representing my Mother’s estate, Jake Hinkins threatened to sue me for harassment, just because I was asking for progress updates. 4 1/2 years later it remains unresolved, and I don’t know if it ever will be,

While Mr Hinkins represented my mother’s trust, he advised the trustee that it was perfectly fine for her to use my Mother’s credit cards and money from her bank account, just as long as she paid it back. Turns out that is illegal. Curious that an attorney doesn’t know the law.
