Update: All these guys did was push the blockage further down my line. I ended up renting a snake from Cincy Tool for two hours Saturday morning and cleared it myself. Cost me $25 vs the $560 these guys charged me after quoting $350. My floor drain in the basement kept backing up. I called three places, Anderson Hills was in the middle for pricing, but they were able to get there the same day. The 2 technicians that showed up were great. My floor drain in the basement kept backing up. I called three places, Anderson Hills was in the middle for pricing, but they were able to get there the same day. The 2 technicians that showed up were great. I only have positive things to say about them. Professional, to the point, even fixed the broken condensation line for my AC unasked.
