Shady company! Called to get pricing for labor and they didn’t want to provide me with the prices they want to jip people out their money and charge more than what the job requires, other companies provided pricing over the phone with another companies diagnostic…Only thing they had to do was provide what they’ll charge me if that is the work that needs to be done when my parts are already warranty.
Your tec waited until 5pm to tell me he's not going to make it today due to weather. I waited 4 hours turning down another service tec that called after I was scheduled and confirmed. It's Saturday. What a scam!!!!

After using Anderson for 20 years, and paying monthly, tech 'cleaned' the furnace and said there were several parts that needed replacement. (And 2 years ago I was told i needed to replace entire unit). I had a second person check to be sure I needed all those parts, and he said the unit was so dirty he had to clean it to see. NOTHING was wrong. I called and canceled the service that I have been paying for a month ago and today my bank was charged for this month's payment.
