After using Anderson for 20 years, and paying monthly, tech 'cleaned' the furnace and said there were several parts that needed replacement. (And 2 years ago I was told i needed to replace entire unit). I had a second person check to be sure I needed all those parts, and he said the unit was so dirty he had to clean it to see. NOTHING was wrong. I called and canceled the service that I have been paying for a month ago and today my bank was charged for this month's payment.
We’ve been customers for over 30 years and can always count on them for prompt, courteous service. We have the Home Service Plan, so they come out both in the spring to service our air conditioner and again in the fall for our furnace. We’ve found them to be fair and honest when we’ve had a problem and have recommended them to friends.
