Installed a faulty AC unit in our mother in law suite and now won't call us back to replace it. Had another company come out and they tried fixing it but they stated the original company should be liable to replace it free of charge since no one can seem to figure out what is wrong with it. Anderson Heating and Cooling never answers the phone and doesn't call us back. Please make this right!
I was unfortunately disappointed in my experience with them. The first time we had them come to fix our main AC unit they did a great job. It was spendy, but they did what was needed. However, the AC/heating mini split in our mother-in-law suite went out completely and they sent multiple technicians out and they could not figure out what was wrong with it. I wish I remembered his name! He helped replace a doohickey and got cold air for me real quick. He also gave me some maintenance advice.
Anderson Heating has done a phenomenal job providing installation of HVAC system and follow up for any warranty items. Their tech Sean,is awesome, very knowledgeable, professional and explains issues and resolutions in understandable manner. He is wonderful to work with.
Unpermitted, Unsafe, and Unprofessional . Avoid at All Costs Hired for a full HVAC install, worst mistake I’ve made as a homeowner. I confirmed with the City of Hillsboro that no permit or inspection was ever done.
