Anderson Heating has done a phenomenal job providing installation of HVAC system and follow up for any warranty items. Their tech Sean,is awesome, very knowledgeable, professional and explains issues and resolutions in understandable manner. He is wonderful to work with.
Unpermitted, Unsafe, and Unprofessional . Avoid at All Costs Hired for a full HVAC install, worst mistake I’ve made as a homeowner. I confirmed with the City of Hillsboro that no permit or inspection was ever done. Truthfully the one business I have dealt with that treats me like a human that they care about. Not a $sign. If you need AC service anywhere in portland metro, I would highly recommend Anderson .
I had a tech come out to give me a quote to add dampers to my heating system in September. After three service visits (and visit charges!) where different techs were uninformed of what they were supposed to be doing as well multiple no call/no show appointments missed over about six weeks, I gave up and went somewhere else since they said they'd no longer be able to fit me in their schedule due to the busy season. I was a previous happy customer and will no longer be recommending them to anyone I know in my life personally.
