Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company ever. We have gone through this latest winter storm with little to no propane. We have had several promises with zero delivery we’ve been told managers would call us back. We’ve been told that we would get a delivery Tuesday or Wednesday that did not happen. We are told we are “top priority” that’s the biggest lie we’ve ever heard. Then we are told we are on the must deliver by Thursday or Friday list. I Checked you web page today the 28th of December. It said you were open. I drove to your store a 45 Minute drive to find out you were closed and only seeing customers by appointment. I wanted to schedule a repair or buy a new set of gas logs to have installed. I was told on the phone that this is a busy time of year for you and repairs are not being scheduled until Feb.
