I Checked you web page today the 28th of December. It said you were open. I drove to your store a 45 Minute drive to find out you were closed and only seeing customers by appointment. I wanted to schedule a repair or buy a new set of gas logs to have installed. I was told on the phone that this is a busy time of year for you and repairs are not being scheduled until Feb.
