Waited several days for a call back. Received a random call from Michael saying he was on his way to our house with no prior conversation. We had already gotten a price from Gas Plus by this time. When I mentioned their price amd asked for his, he hung up the phone on me. Highly unprofessional, rude and extremely poor customer service approach. We were trying to stay local but I guess it's worth shopping around.
Got a new furnace but pipes were not done to code and when asked them to it fix several times said they would but never did.
