8/24 delivery showed up with damaged quartz as well as incorrect cut. Informed sales manager would call and had to follow up with sales rep to confirm call still occurring. A few minutes later we get a call from sales manager (3:30pm). No firm dates on when new slab will be delivered. All our contractors lined up to do the remaining work now on hold and we have no confirmed move in date now. Photos show how unacceptable this is. When asked for escalation, was not provided. Terrible install with gaps behind backsplash and cut short on end. The installer said it was right but you decide from pics. Also broke outlet cover and told nobody.
I had a great experience with Anderson Granite and Marble. Undertaking a kitchen renovation had put me well outside my comfort zone, but the whole process went very smoothly, from slab selection to measuring to installation. Every phase was completed with competence, professionalism and clear communication. Lia even patiently “held my hand” when I was second guessing my choice of slab. Kudos to everyone involved. I love my new countertops!
