Very good install, but installed the wrong color counter tops! Staff is pushy and difficult to work with. They cut the countertops without my permission. I wanted to finalize details and verify dimensions before cutting. They told me they already cut the counter tops, so I was rushing along trying to catch up. I wasn’t present for the install and found they installed the wrong color (white). Apparently when they built the quote - they just threw in white to give me a rough number which would be fine as long as I have a chanc... read more
They were excellent to work with and understanding of our needs and budget. The whole process went pretty smoothly and we love our new countertops. A big plus for the suggestion of adding a curve to the peninsula. So many people have commented how nice that looks and complements the layout of our floorplan.
Met with Natalie in September and with her expert help picked the granite top for our 40 year old log cabin. She introduced us to Ivan. Ivan is the artist the created our countertop out of a slab of stone. Ivan stayed in communication with us throughout the 5 week process. Was it seamless? No. During the initial install a piece broke. 5 stars because Ivan found another slab that matched and cut the new piece. Ivan came out to the reinstall and oversaw the installation. You judge a company by how they deal with a problem
