Bought an over $7000 exterior "grid line" door unfortunately it was not designed to accept any lockset. Tried for years to get Anderson to make it right i.e. fix it so I have a working latch set. They put screen door latches on it that immediately broke now they have just blown it off and won't stand behind their product.
Have waited over a month for a piece of glass they told me they ordered it for real this time!!!
