Rude, impatient, and unprofessional. This company, who once demonstrated kindness and compassion, has progressively deteriorated. Demonstrated repeated harassment via phone calls and unsolicited arrival on my doorstep, as well as distasteful remarks and body language when asked to leave. This behavior should not be tolerated from any business. They must be experiencing financial strain to pursue such desperate measures. Very sad.

I got the tank and a line to my generator done. I find out a few months later that they did not make sure that the generator was ready for LP, didn't install a manual emergency turn off near the generator, there was supposed to be a secondary fuel pressure regulator, and there is no sediment trap. It isn't like I know this stuff, I got the generator to be a back up to my house's power during storms or downed trees across the lines. I live way up in the mountains.
