What a nice surprise to find a Great Quality Service Team who went above and beyond to take care of not just my car but also kept me up to date every step of the way! My car had two recalls one of which had me broken down. They got my vehicle right in and went to work. Informed me of a poor battery that Walmart had put in 3 months ago wouldn’t keep a charge and suggested I have them replace it as soon as possible. Had an appointment for our Ford diesel truck for oil change, tire rotation, etc. Service time and price were as quoted. I believe Patricia was our service writer. She was professional and knowledgeable. Will be back for any service or repair for Sherman.
Very informative and helpful
Some parts needed to be ordered from out of state but as soon as they arrived we were called & had an appointment to fix the problem. All the personnel were very nice and kept us up to date with the progress.
