I am terrified of the dentist. I hadn't been since pre-covid (6+ years). I knew I had a few problems and was generally embarrassed about my teeth. They never made be feel judged, and were so accommodating. They listened to my fears and assured me I would be well taken care of. It was 100% true. Dr Sara & the entire team are great. They’re very easy to work with. All the staff are friendly & helpful. We’re very glad to have found them.
I got dentures for the first time and was told they would work on them until I was happy. I barely saw the wax ones but saw enough to know the teeth were the right size. then I get real ones and the teeth are twice as big as my regular ones. They look ridiculous. They said they do dentures a courtesy for patients. and They can send them back but their policy was they will not ask for new ones to be made. I'm on Medicaid so they would lose money on it.
