Caring staff take the time to listen to patients and they do good work.
I am terrified of the dentist. I hadn't been since pre-covid (6+ years). I knew I had a few problems and was generally embarrassed about my teeth. They never made be feel judged, and were so accommodating. They listened to my fears and assured me I would be well taken care of. It was 100% true. I did not feel a thing during my fillings even though I needed extra Novocaine, and if I needed to stop because of my anxiety they immediately listened.
