Horrific customer service! My husband and I had an appointment with them to give us an estimate to fix our stairs, which happened to be on the day when the hurricane Sandy hit. We understood that they were not able to make it even though they never called or emailed us telling us so. I called then back and left four messages trying to reschedule, and my husband tried tree or four times. We finally contacted another company who actually wanted and valued out business.
