Unfortunately, from sales to upper management they are absolutely disconnected with customers. once you sign up the contract, any issues or concerns you may have, it will be on your shoulders. Majority of the homes are SPEC Home but still there were some additions or changes to the SPEC home where they failed to disclose properly on the contract and backed themselves as if they have gone over through Initial-walk and during contract. My husband and I bought in September 2024 and while there have been some issues here and there, working with Ben Gage and Hunter Cole Bessette has been great. Both are excellent at communication and follow up to be sure our items were resolved.
