Just got my first contacts here and had a great experience. The lady who did my contact lens training was super nice, patient, and professional. She explained everything really well. Definitely recommend this place!
The Doctor and Pre Test lady I had were very nice- However there was an older lady white hair they had to ask her for help at one point... I feel bad for the way I hear her speak to her fellow colleagues. Because of her the environment felt extremely uncomfortable during and after for everyone including myself.
I am leaving this review to highlight an issue with the customer service and overall atmosphere at this location. While the doctors, services/products themselves are fine, there are some opticians here who consistently make the environment feel incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcome. Customer service should feel professional and inviting, but unfortunately, the demeanor completely sours the experience. My wife went to get her eyes checked and we have full coverage thru my employer. They don't direct bill here which is annoying enough but my wife paid and the woman there said she'd file the claim for us to be reimbursed. 2 weeks later we'd heard nothing from them or the insurance company so my wife called to check and it turns out they'd completely forgot to file the claim! The woman was friendly she said but this is ridiculous because I get a lot taken off my pay to have insurance to avoid having to pay each time.
