I originally first went here 5 years ago and received good service, several months after 1 of the frames for my glassed broke, unfortunately that was a limited colour but they replaced it with one of a similar colour and same make free of charge! Staff was extremely helpful and I didn't feel rushed when I was initially choosing new frames. Even 5 years later when I returned for an eye exam the staff was just as courteous as the first time I went!
One of the lenses on my sunglasses popped out when I accidentally dropped them. The staff at Anderson Family Vision Care kindly fixed it for me free of charge. Everyone there was incredibly patient and had a warm, welcoming attitude. I really appreciated their help and excellent service.
Super slow. The Dr. was wandering around doing nothing, then they told me I got my appointment time wrong. Terrible service. Looking for new eye dr. This place is awful.
