My initial encounter was great. The staff was nice and despite the long wait for booking an appointment my visit was good. Four months later I start a new job which only provides one monitor and a laptop. There is a major size difference in the issued equipment 19 inch laptop and 24 inch monitor. I request an additional monitor because visually adjusting to the difference in screen size was causing issues. I was advised that HR would send Anderson Eyecare a form to complete on my behalf. Charged as a medical visit for a twitching eye, which I had to pay more for a specialist visit vs having a regular eye examination. That covers all. Scam!!
Dr. Anderson has been incredible, I haven’t seen this good since I was a teenager. He takes his time explaining every detail of your eye, patient with questions, will go to bat for you if you’re in a time crunch, and is overall the best Optometrist I’ve ever seen (no pun intended). 5/5 stars, easily. Highly, highly recommend this office if you want top-tier professionalism and results!
