One review said Mark was rude. I would describe his personality as being tenacious. When insurance companies try to take advantage of the little guy that which is me, it is good to have someone like him and his company fighting for you. His company fought long and hard for me with an end result of a beautiful new replacement roof and gutters. His crew did a high quality install and exceptional cleanup. Would I recommend him? Absolutely, we need more people like him in the world. People who care for the little guy.
