I've known and worked with Anderson Engineering for the better part of 20 years. Amazing group of solid project managers and engineers that deliver on time and on budget. Even if overruns on timing occur (usually due to pathetically slow city/county planners) they always communicate proactively, I NEVER have to chase them and ask for a status update. Thank you Brandon and team for keep me and my clients happy all this time...
I wouldn't recommend this company. They'll just waste your time and leave you hanging. I reached out to them to do a perc test and septic design for my property, and on the phone the owner was super friendly and seemingly helpful and eager to help me get this done. He asked for me email to and he was going to get started right away and said he could get that test done within the next week or so, he just had to confirm some things. I hired Anderson Engineering to do a property survey for my new home and I was very impressed with their service. They were professional, friendly, and efficient. They explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. They delivered the report on time and it was accurate and detailed. I would highly recommend Anderson Engineering to anyone who needs a property survey.
I've been fighting with this horrible company for a year since purchasing our townhouse to get them to fix the operation flaws in our cabinets. The doors don't close properly, some of the drawers catch when you open them. There are gaps and chips they never touched up after install. Been in regular contact with the realtor who manages the property. A lot of promises and no results.
