Landlord called yesterday at around 3 to the emergency service, me and another apartment are without water due to the septic tank being backed up. Thankfully I was home yesterday when it happened and was able to prevent it from causing and damage. Never heard a single thing and they never showed up. What's the purpose of 24/7 emergency service when they don't honor it. Seriously disappointed. Hopefully they show up today and I'll be able to add to this in a positive light. I was in a bind. I needed a plumbing service and, luckily, I found Anderson Emergency 24/7 Plumbing Services. They were able to come out the same day and solve my issue. Highly recommend!

I was in this situation before and I called Anderson Emergency 24/7 Plumbing Services. They were able to come out the same day and help me fix the issue. The service was great and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in need of plumbing services.
