Landlord called yesterday at around 3 to the emergency service, me and another apartment are without water due to the septic tank being backed up. Thankfully I was home yesterday when it happened and was able to prevent it from causing and damage. Never heard a single thing and they never showed up. What's the purpose of 24/7 emergency service when they don't honor it. Seriously disappointed. Hopefully they show up today and I'll be able to add to this in a positive light.
