Paid a lot of money for little work
Our family needed to immediately begin the process of moving our mom from her home to a long-term care facility. After researching several firms, we contacted Anderson Elder Law for a consult. She played a major roll in my family breaking apart. She also had my father sign his will after he was diagnosed with dementia without any interest in finding out his level of competency. ruined my family. She also lied to my family as well as the retirement home CEO. Be very careful. There are plenty of other attorneys that have true integrity.
Excellent for estate planning
Initial consult was reasonable and was looking to use their services. Unfortunately as our situation changed Anderson didn't get back to me for over a week for what they could offer as a path forward. When they did finally return my inquiry, they quoted me services which I had already completed at 7x the price for estate and other documents.
