This company is very unprofessional. They tried blaming me for my plumbing. Well now it’s my turn to show Oakland county what the truth is. Clawson contracted a hdryo sewer cleaning company for the city and the guy must have done the one by my house 8 times today.Yes my toilet lid was closed! I go in to the bathroom on the main floor water every where and raw sewage in my tub.Took me 2 hours to get all that crap out of tub and bleach it. I am writing to express my outrage and disbelief at the appalling treatment I received during a recent phone call to your company. First and foremost This woman did not even properly introduce the company. she picked up the phone with a basic “hello” At first I thought i called the wrong person. I called to inquire about a geotechnical survey quote, your receptionist, Rhonda, responded with condescending laughter and a complete lack of professionalism. as if she has never heard of requesting proposals to submit a bid.
